1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and Modo Casino ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing our portal, launching games, acquiring optional Gold Coin packages, or participating in promotional sweepstakes draws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our official Sweepstakes Rules.

2. Player Eligibility & US States

Modo Casino operates strictly as a promotional social sweepstakes destination. Participation is restricted to individuals who meet all the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is higher).
  • You must be physically located within an eligible United States jurisdiction at the time of play.
  • Residents of Washington State, Idaho, and select restricted territories are legally prohibited from participating in promotional Sweeps Coin play and prize redemptions.
  • Employees, affiliates, advertising agencies, and direct family members of Modo Casino operators are prohibited from participating in promotional sweepstakes draws.

3. Dual Currencies: Gold Coins (GC) vs. Sweeps Coins (SC)

Our gaming mechanics rely upon a strict dual-currency architecture:

Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are purely virtual entertainment tokens. They hold zero monetary value, cannot be converted into currency, cannot be transferred between players, and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Optional Gold Coin bundles may be purchased for continued entertainment.

Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are promotional sweepstakes tokens. Sweeps Coins can NEVER be purchased directly. They are awarded complimentary via daily login drops, social contests, mail-in requests, or as free bonuses with optional Gold Coin purchases. Qualifying winnings in SC mode can be redeemed for real US cash or digital gift cards.

4. No Purchase Necessary (AMOE Mail-In Entry)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN REAL PRIZES AT MODO CASINO. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

In full accordance with United States sweepstakes statutes, players can receive complimentary Sweeps Coins via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To request 5.00 free Sweeps Coins, send a handwritten 4x6 index card containing your full legal name, residential address, email address, and active account username in a handwritten #10 envelope to the official Modo Casino Sweepstakes Processing Center as detailed in our formal rules. Limit one request per stamped envelope.

5. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to open and operate exactly one (1) account. Creating duplicate accounts, using false identities, or attempting to claim welcome packages multiple times is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of all coin balances and permanent ban from the Platform. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

6. Prize Redemption Protocols

Prize redemptions are subject to strict compliance verifications:

  • Playthrough Requirement: Promotional Sweeps Coins received must be played through at least once (1x) in valid games before becoming eligible for prize redemption.
  • Minimum Redemptions: Electronic digital gift cards require a minimum balance of 20 redeemable SC. Direct US bank ACH disbursements require a minimum of 100 redeemable SC.
  • KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first redemption, you must submit a valid government photo ID and proof of address. Approval is typically cleared in under 24 hours.
  • Conversion Rate: Qualifying Sweeps Coins redeem at an exact 1:1 ratio against United States Dollars ($1.00 USD per 1.00 eligible SC).

7. Prohibited Player Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms:

  • Deploying automated software, scrapers, macro bots, or algorithmic wagering scripts.
  • Exploiting software anomalies, glitches, or latency delays to artificially alter game outcomes.
  • Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxy masking to misrepresent physical location.
  • Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for optional Gold Coin bundles.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform designs, logos, graphics, audio tracks, and game interfaces are the exclusive property of Modo Casino or our licensed software partners (including Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, and NetEnt). Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license strictly for personal recreational gameplay.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Modo Casino is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Modo Casino, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from server downtime, internet disruptions, or game interruptions.

10. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You expressly waive any right to participate in class actions or representative lawsuits against Modo Casino.
